The Ifugao Rice Terraces are sometimes called the “Eighth Wonder of the World” by Filipinos. This is for good reason, as the terraces are an incredible and breathtaking site. They have been build by indigenous people with minimal equipment, largely by hand. It’s mind boggling to wrap your head around the amount of work that must have went into building these. This time-lapse, tilt-shift and aerial film was shot at the Batad Rice Terraces and the Banaue Rice Terraces in Northern Luzon in the Philippines.
